Delivery and Shipping uses Australia Post Parcel Post (with signature) and Express Post (with signature) services for deliveries within Australia.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is despatched.

On most orders products will be despatched on the same working day (Monday to Friday) if the order is confirmed before 12 midday (Australian Eastern Time) and within 24 hours if order confirmed after midday (Australian Eastern Time) Monday to Friday.

If your order has not arrived 2 days after the latest expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.

Payment and GST

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of GST for Australian orders. All export orders for delivery to countries outside of Australia and its Territories will have 10% GST automatically deducted from the item price at the checkout. accepts payments by Visa and MasterCard through our secure Credit Card payment gateway.

We also accept PayPal Express Checkout payments.

Availability of items listed on this website is not guaranteed although all efforts will be made to ensure supply of your order. We usually have all of our parts available and can generally despatch within 24 Hours.

In the rare cases where products are not available will advise you within 24 hrs if goods are not available to be shipped within 3 working days.

Should any items not be unavailable to despatch to you within 7 days, a full refund will be applied. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received (PayPal, Credit Card). We undertake to accept or reject your order within 7 days.

Returns undertakes to exchange any new and uninstalled, undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unopened, unused, and with proof of purchase, within 14 days of purchase. We understand that an honest mistake can happen, and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Before placing your order ALWAYS COMPARE THE DIAGRAM DETAILS supplied before purchase to ensure the Ignition Lead Plugs and Cable Lengths match the leads you are replacing. Check all listed data and any special notes as many ignition leads and ignition coils have subtle differences which vary by vehicle VIN number, manufacturing location, month of manufacture or OE supplier at the time.

We WILL accept new product returns, less packaging and postage charges, if the product is returned according to our return procedure if:

  • In re-sellable condition in original sealed packaging (without opening the outer plastic bag), as the item cannot be returned once the plastic packaging is tampered with or opened or the item used.
  • With complete sale transaction details and other required documentation
  • Within 14 days of purchase

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods within 3 days, we undertake to reimburse you by the method by which you paid (credit card or PayPal account) for the amount initially debited for the purchase minus packaging and postage charges.

Did we incorrectly ship your part? Sorry! will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item)

We WILL NOT accept new product returns if:

  • There is a misdiagnosis, improper selection or incorrect installation.
  • The original sealed packaging (including the outer plastic bag) is tampered with or opened.
  • The item is used.
  • The vehicle is not remedied by the lead purchased (unless the component itself is faulty, see warranty).
  • Diagnostics, testing, removal or installation of the ignition leads is not carried out by a suitably qualified person. (engineer / service technician / mechanic - documented evidence may be required)

If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we DO NOT refund any handling and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk. Any returns are shipped at the customer's risk. does not take responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in transit

We WILL accept new product returns:

  • If the goods are faulty (see warranty)
  • If the goods are not fit for purpose
  • If the goods don’t match the description
  • When required by law

Should we accept your product for refund once we receive the returned item we undertake to reimburse you by the method by which you paid (credit card or PayPal account) for the amount initially debited for the purchase minus packaging and postage charges. (Postage and handling costs are non refundable)

Return Procedure

If you need to return an item please ensure you follow this RETURN PROCEDURE to ensure the prompt processing of your exchange or refund:

  1. ALL returns must first be authorised by before you ship the item
  2. Contact us via email and specify:
    1. Details of the item purchased you wish to return
    2. Transaction details (invoice number)
    3. Required replacement part
  3. You will be issued a Return Number (RN) by return email
  4. Package the item suitably and securely for shipping (Items returned must be in the original packaging) and include a copy of the original invoice and clearly mark the RN number on the documentation.
  5. After the return has been authorised, the returned goods must be postmarked within 3 business days

  7. Once your return item is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your exchange will automatically be processed and the replacement item sent.

Warranty not only honours, but extends, the manufacturer’s warranty for the products purchased from us. We offer a 15 month (25,000km) product warranty. offers at its option and cost, to repair or replace a component at no charge, if it can be verified to the satisfaction of Engine Sensors (Aust) Pty Ltd, that the repair or replacement is necessary due to a material or manufacturing fault arising during the warranty period.

The warranty period is 15 months from date of purchase or 25,000km, whichever occurs first. This warranty is provided in addition to any other rights or remedies held by a consumer at law.

The customer must first contact with any technical problems before removing the component from the vehicle. Engine Sensors (Aust) Pty Ltd as the operator of will not authorise any other person, agent, distributor, dealer, repair technician, other service facility, or company to make any qualitative determination as to the fitness of our products.

Warranty claims must be authorised by Engine Sensors (Aust) Pty Ltd as the operator of before goods can be returned. If you need to return an item please ensure you follow the RETURN PROCEDURE to ensure the prompt processing of your exchange or refund:

Our warranty DOES include:

  • Replacement of the faulty component
  • Refund for the faulty component

Our warranty DOES NOT include (other than where required by law):

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Costs of normal or scheduled maintenance, service or cleaning
  • Any labour costs, damage to property, personal injury, loss of profits, direct or indirect loss, consequential losses or other expenses (to the extent permitted by law)
  • Any other third party costs (occurred or implied) including towing

The warranty is VOID if damage to or failure of the component is caused by (whether in whole or part):

  • Failure to comply with written instructions
  • Use of a component for purposes other than for which it was designed or sold
  • There is a misdiagnosis, improper selection or incorrect installation
  • Negligence, mistreatment or misuse
  • Damage whether accidental, wilful or intentional
  • Continued use after a fault becomes known or apparent
  • Abnormal environmental conditions, inappropriate operating conditions, overload or insufficient servicing or maintenance
  • Unauthorised repairs or alterations
  • Foreign matter such as dirt, oil, silicone, moisture or liquid entering the component
  • Diagnostics, testing, removal or installation of the ignition lead is not carried out by a suitably qualified person. (engineer / service technician / mechanic - documented evidence may be required)
